非物质文化遗产服务民族地区精准脱贫的实践模式——以喀什地区塔什库尔干塔吉克自治县为例

摘　　要：非物质文化遗产是实现民族地区精准脱贫的宝贵资源。喀什地区的塔县在合理利用非遗资源的同时,形成了“非遗+旅游”“非遗+生产”“非遗+演出”3种开发模式,有效促进了非遗保护与资源开发。新时代下塔县要重视非遗传承人的能力、挖掘非遗的文化资本价值、多方合力推进非遗精准扶贫,更好地巩固脱贫质量,防止返贫的问题的发生。As the unique cultural essence of ethnic minorities,non-legacy works are valuable resources to achieve accurate poverty alleviation.While making rational use of the intangible cultural heritage resources,Taxian County in Kashgar has formed three development modes of“intangible cultural heritage+tourism”,“intangible cultural heritage+production”and“intangible cultural heritage+performance”,which have effectively promoted the protection of intangible cultural heritage and resource development.In the new era,Taxian County should attach importance to the ability of non-hereditary inheritor,explore the cultural capital value of intangible cultural heritage,and jointly promote the quasi-poverty alleviation of non-seminal emission,so as to better consolidate the quality of poverty alleviation and prevent the occurrence of the problem of returning to poverty.
