摘　　要：该文介绍了学科交叉团队在国家重点实验室发展中的重要作用,以及在实验室研究经费、平台共享、政策制定等多方面得到的支持。通过实验室建设与发展,学科交叉团队在拓展实验室研究方向、提升应用基础研究创新能力、解决行业实际问题等方面取得了良好的成果。在国家重点实验室重组时期,总结学科交叉团队培育经验,对国家重点实验室的发展有借鉴意义。This paper introduces the important role of interdisciplinary team in the development of state key laboratories and the support given to the interdisciplinary team in laboratory research funding,platform sharing,policy making,etc.Through the construction and development of the laboratory,the interdisciplinary team has achieved good results in expanding the direction of laboratory research,improving the innovation ability of applied basic research,solving industry problems,etc.In the period of the reorganization of the state key laboratories,it is of great significance to summarize the experience of interdisciplinary team cultivation for the development of the state key laboratory.
