中西医多技术联合治愈化脓性汗腺炎1例报告

摘　　要：给予2020年3月25日漳州市中医院收治的1例化脓性汗腺炎患者在“玄府”理论中药治疗的基础上局部创面行外科清创、湿润烧伤膏换药、瘢痕表皮皮片回植、负压封闭引流等多技术联合治疗,治疗106 d后,创面基本愈合。One patient with hidradenitis suppurativa,admitted to Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine on March 25,2020,underwent multi-technique combined treatment,including surgical debridement,dressing change with MEBO,scar epidermis flap replantation and vacuum sealing drainage,to manage the local wound on the basis of receiving“Xuanfu”theory-based Chinese medicine treatment.After 106 days of treatment,the wound was basically healed.
