摘  要:为了研究SA-516 Gr.70+N04400复合板焊接工艺,分析了SA-516 Gr.70碳钢与N04400镍铜合金异种材料的焊接特性,选择ERNi-1作为过渡层焊材,耐蚀层采用ERNiCu-7焊材,通过焊接工艺评定试验进行验证。结果表明,采用该工艺焊接的SA-516 Gr.70+N04400复合板,解决了过渡层焊接热裂纹、渗透裂纹问题;控制焊接线能量及焊道搭接量的工艺措施,保证了复合板化学成分满足要求;过渡层焊接采取封边焊接方案,能够避免复层剥边边缘未熔合产生。该工艺在实际生产中的成功应用,保证了SA-516 Gr.70+N04400复合板的焊接质量。In order to study the welding process of SA-516 Gr.70+N04400 composite plate,the welding characteristics of SA-516 Gr.70 carbon steel and N04400 nickel-copper alloy dissimilar materials were analyzed,ERNi-1 was selected as the transition layer welding material and ERNiCu-7 was selected as the corrosion resistance layer welding material,which was verified by the welding process evaluation test.The results show that SA-516 Gr.70+N04400 composite plate welded by this process can be solved the problems of welding hot crack and penetration crack in transition layer;the technological measures to control the welding line energy and the amount of weld lap ensure that the chemical composition of composite plate meets the requirements;sealing welding scheme is adopted for transition layer welding,which can avoid the cladding peeling edge incomplete fusion.The successful application of this process in actual production guarantees the welding quality of SA-516 Gr.70+N04400 composite plate.
