摘　　要：为解决深层页岩气开采区域连续管作业井口装置安装劳动强度大、效率低、风险高的问题,结合页岩气用连续管作业工艺、崎岖道路运输条件限制、高压井控装置配套、井口装置快速连接方式等多方面因素,研制了连续管井口快速安装装置。该装置将连续管井控装置整体预连接后放置在专用底盘车单独运输,配合举升式桁架系统、注入头连接器和工具连接平台,实现连续管作业井口装置机械化高效安全连接。通过现场试验验证,该装置可满足深层页岩气井钻磨、射孔、打捞、通刮洗井等多种连续作业需求,节约井口装置安装时间70%以上,显著提高了连续管作业井口安装拆卸的作业效率和安全性,同时降低了现场作业人员的劳动强度。In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency and high risk in the installation of coiled tubing wellhead equipment in deep shale gas production area,combined with many factors such as coiled tubing operation technology for shale gas,restrictions on rough road transportation conditions,matching of high-pressure well control equipment and rapid connection mode of wellhead equipment,a coiled tubing wellhead rapid installation device is developed.The device pre-connects the coiled tubing well control device as a whole and places it on a special chassis truck for separate transportation.It cooperates with the lifting truss system,injection head connector and tool connection platform to realize the mechanized,efficient and safe connection of the wellhead device for coiled tubing operation.The field test shows that the device can meet various continuous operation requirements such as drilling and grinding,perforating,fishing and wiper cleaning of deep shale gas wells,save more than 70%of the installation time of wellhead devices,significantly improve the operation efficiency and safety of wellhead installation and disassembly of continuous pipe operation,and reduce the labor intensity of field operators at the same time.
