摘　　要：数字经济转变了传统的经济增长方式和贸易模式,已成为全球经济转型和增长的重要驱动力。由于“一带一路”沿线国家和地区的信息化和数字经济发展水平存在较大差异,未来信息基础设施建设和数字化转型领域的合作仍将是中国与各国关注的重点。作为发展中大国与数字大国,中国应充分利用自身的经验与优势,通过增进交流互信、加强基础设施与互联互通建设、提供技术援助和开展能力建设等方式在数字经济合作中继续发挥重要的影响。The digital economy has transformed the traditional mode of economic growth and trade,and has become an important driving force for the transformation and growth of the global economy.Due to the large differences in the development level of informatization and digital economy in the countries and regions along the“Belt and Road”,cooperation in the field of information infrastructure construction and digital transformation will continue to be the focus of China and other countries.As a large developing country and a digital power,China should make full use of its own experience and advantages to continue to play an important role in digital economic cooperation by enhancing exchanges and mutual trust,strengthening infrastructure and interconnection construction,providing technical assistance,and carrying out capacity building.
