摘  要:该文设计研制了一种能耐20 MPa静水压的压电陶瓷圆管检波器。首先利用理论分析与有限元仿真相结合的方法,对压电检波器的谐振频率、接收灵敏度及耐压性能进行了分析计算与对比验证,进而研制样机,并采用密闭腔比较法和耦合腔互易法测试了样机在常压和20 MPa静水压下的接收灵敏度。结果表明,该压电陶瓷圆管检波器在常压条件下的低频接收灵敏度为(-201.9±0.5)dB,测试频段为1 Hz~2 kHz;在20 MPa加压条件下的低频接收灵敏度为(-197.7±0.4)dB,测试频段为20 Hz~1 kHz。该文研制的压电检波器满足目前海洋深部地震勘探的接收灵敏度及工作频段要求,对深水地震勘探仪器的研制具有重要意义。In this paper,a piezoelectric ceramic tube detector capable of withstanding 20 MPa hydrostatic pressure is designed and developed.Firstly,the resonant frequencies,receiving sensitivities and pressure resistance performance of the piezoelectric geophone are analyzed and verified on basis of the theoretical analysis and finite element simulation.Then a prototype is developed and its receiving sensitivities under atmosphere pressure and 20 MPa pressure are tested respectively by the closed-chamber comparison method and the coupler-chamber reciprocal method.The results show that the low frequency receiving sensitivity of the piezoelectric geophone is(-201.9±0.5)dB from 1 Hz to 2 kHz under atmosphere pressure and(-197.7±0.4)dB from 20 Hz to 1 kHz under the pressure of 20 MPa.The piezoelectric geophone developed in this work can meet the current requirements of receiving sensitivity and working frequency band for deep-sea seismic exploration,and is of great significance to the development of deep-water seismic exploration instruments.
