摘  要:该文采用固相法制备了BaSm_(0.2)Ti_((4+x))O_((9.3+2x))(x=0~0.6为摩尔分数)陶瓷,研究了不同x值对陶瓷相组成、显微结构和微波介电性能的影响。结果表明,在0≤x≤0.6时,随着x的增大,介电常数ε_(r)变化较小,品质因数与频率之积(Q×f)和频率温度系数τ_(f)均随x的增大而减小。当x=0.5时,可获得介电性能优异的BaSm_(0.2)Ti_((4+x))O_((9.3+2x))陶瓷:ε_(r)=46.9,Q×f≈18237 GHz,τ_(f)≈2.2×10^(-6)/℃。The BaSm_(0.2)Ti_((4+x))O_((9.3+2x))(x=0~0.6)ceramics were prepared by the solid-state reaction technique.The effects of different x values on the phase composition,microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of the ceramics were studied.The results showed that in the range of 0≤x≤0.6,the dielectric constantε_(r) changes little with the increase of x,while the Q×f value and the frequency temperature coefficient τ_(f) decreases with the increase of x.When x=0.5,BaSm_(0.2)Ti_((4+x))O_((9.3+2x))ceramics showed good dielectric properties with ε_(r) of 46.9,Q×f of about 18237 GHz and τ_(f) of about 2.2×10^(-6)/℃.
