摘  要:针对公共安全领域对甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)等神经性毒剂模拟剂的高灵敏度检测的需求,该文提出了一种基于纳米修饰导电高分子电化学阻抗型气体传感方法,通过开展改性修饰导电高分子聚合物材料和平面叉指微电极研究,制备了电化学阻抗型气体传感器,并设计了传感器阵列化结构和报警器总体架构;研制出电化学阻抗型气体报警器,并开展了性能测试。实验结果表明,该电化学阻抗型气体报警器可对质量浓度低至1μg/L的DMMP进行有效检测,响应时间低至52 s。In response to the need for high sensitivity detection of nerve agent simulants such as dimethyl methylphosphonate(DMMP)in the field of public safety,an electrochemical impedance gas sensing method based on nano modified conductive polymer is proposed in this paper.Through the study on the modified conductive polymer materials and planar interdigital microelectrodes,an electrochemical impedance gas sensor is prepared,and the sensor array structure and the overall architecture of the alarm were designed.An electrochemical impedance gas alarm is fabricated and its performance test was carried out.The test results show that the electrochemical impedance gas alarm can effectively detect the concentration of DMMP as low as 1μg/L,and the response time is as low as 52 s.
