摘  要:针对粘滞阻尼器中阻尼液黏度会发生变化且黏度不易被直接监测的问题,该文提出了一种基于压电阻抗法的阻尼液黏度监测方法,在阻尼器中安装压电传感器,通过测量传感器的机电阻抗值来确定阻尼液的黏度。为验证所提方法的有效性,制作了一个阻尼装置的模型并安装压电传感器,在其中放置不同黏度的阻尼液时测量压电传感器的阻抗值。结果表明,随着阻尼液黏度的增大,阻抗曲线的峰值频率逐渐减小,而实部电阻值逐渐增大。定义的黏度监测指标能够成功反应阻尼液黏度。In view of the problems that the viscosity of the damping fluid in the viscous damper may change and it is difficult to monitor the viscosity currently,we propose a method of monitoring the damping fluid viscosity based on piezoelectrical impedance technology in this paper.A piezoelectric sensor is installed in the damper,and the viscosity of the damping fluid is determined by measuring the electromechanical impedance value of the sensor.In order to verify the effectiveness of this method,we fabricate a model of damping device installed with a piezoelectric sensor.The damping fluids with different viscosities were placed in it,and the impedance of the piezoelectric sensor for each viscosity was measured.The results show that the peak frequency of the impedance curve decreases and the real resistance increases with the increase of the viscosity of the damping fluid.The defined viscosity monitoring index can successfully reflect the viscosity of damping fluid.
