摘 要:在局部阴影的情况下,当串联的各光伏子串输出电流不匹配时,整个光伏系统输出功率将远远低于各光伏子串输出功率之和的理论值,被遮挡的光伏子串甚至会消耗能量并发热,长时间处于热斑效应状态会造成严重后果。差分功率处理(DPP)变换器仅处理光伏子串输出功率之间的差值,作为光伏电池输出功率的一部分,可提高功率获取率且有效地避免热斑效应。文中分析了一种光伏电池-隔离端口(PV-IP)拓扑结构,提出兼顾MPPT与光伏子串均压的控制策略,使每个光伏电池都工作在最大功率点处。通过Matlab仿真结果表明,方案可行,相较于并联旁路二极管的光伏系统,相同外部情况下所提策略输出功率明显得到提升。In the case of partial shading,when the output currents of the PV substrings in series do not match,the output power of the entire photovoltaic system will be much lower than the theoretical value of the sum of the output powers of the PV substrings.The string will even consume energy and generate heat,and being in the hot spot effect state for a long time will cause serious consequences.The Differential Power Processing(DPP)converter only processes the difference between the output power of the photovoltaic substring,which is a part of the output power of the photovoltaic cell,which can improve the power acquisition rate and effectively avoid the hot spot effect.This paper analyzes a PhotoVoltaic cell-Isolated Port(PV-IP)topology,and proposes a control strategy that takes into account both MPPT and photovoltaic substring voltage equalization,so that each photovoltaic cell works at the maximum power point.The Matlab simulation results show that the scheme is feasible.Compared with the photovoltaic system with parallel bypass diodes,the output power of the proposed strategy is significantly improved under the same external conditions.
