摘 要:为实现分布式用电中实时、准确地监测电能质量,文中以Cortex-M4内核STM32F405微控制器为核心,设计实现了一种简易的电能质量监测仪。该电能质量监测仪的硬件设计包括信号前端采集电路、信号调理电路、STM32F405微控制器核心电路。软件设计采用基4FFT算法对输入信号处理,可准确、快速地计算出工频交流信号的基波电压、基波电流、功率因数、基波功率、谐波电压和谐波电流等参数,并通过液晶模块显示。实验结果表明,该系统设计合理,性能稳定。In order to realize real-time and accurate power quality monitoring in distributed electricity situation,a power quality monitor is designed based on STM32F405 of Cortex-M4.The hardware design includes signal front-end acquisition circuit,signal conditioning circuit and core circuit of STM32F405 microcontroller.The 4FFT algorithm is adopted to process the input signal.Then the parameters of the power frequency,such as the fundamental voltage,the fundamental current,the power factor,the fundamental power,the harmonic voltage and the harmonic current,etc.,are calculated accurately and quickly.All the results are displayed in the liquid crystal module.Experimental results show that the system is reasonable in design and stable in performance.
