摘 要:电火花震源是一种安全环保的可控震源,已广泛应用于地质勘探和石油开采中。电火花震源一般根据充电时长发出充放电控制指令,这种开环控制方式既不利于震源能量的稳定,也不利于充电故障判断。文中以CD-2便携式电火花震源作为改进对象,在其基础上设计了充电实时监控系统。该监控系统分作两路,一路将采样的电压信号无线传输到专用显示屏,供操作者参考;另一路将电压信号实时反馈给主控单元,由主控单元判断实时电压是否达到预定值或出错,进而给出相应控制命令。实验结果表明,充电实时监控系统实现了震源充电过程的闭环控制,使得震源能量相对误差不超过3%,并能自动判断充电过程中的故障。The electric spark source is a safe and environmentally friendly controlled vibroseis,which has been widely used in geological exploration and oil exploitation.The electric spark source usually sends out charge discharge control command according to the charging time.This open-loop control mode is not conducive to the source energy stability and charging fault judgment.Taking CD-2 portable spark source as an improved object,a real-time charging monitoring system is designed.The monitoring system is divided into two channels,one of which transmits the sampled power parameters to the special display screen for the operator's reference.In the other way,the power parameters are fed back to the main control unit in real time.The main control unit judges whether the power parameters reach the predetermined value or make mistakes,and then gives the corresponding control commands.The experimental results show that the charging real-time monitoring system realizes the closed-loop control of the charing process of the source,so that the relative error of the source energy is less than 3%,and the fault in the charging process can be automatically judged.
