摘 要:提出一种腹板开洞的装配式RCS连接节点,可方便设备管线的通过、节省钢材,并更好实现“强柱弱梁”的设计原则。采用经验证的有限元方法对所提节点进行往复荷载作用下的抗震性能分析,探究孔洞半径、开洞净间距对节点抗震性能的影响。分析结果表明基于钢梁腹板开洞的装配式RCS节点具有较好抗震性能;与此同时,钢梁腹板开洞可使钢梁本身应力分布更加均匀、各部件损伤更小,有利于“强节点、弱构件”抗震设计原则的更好实现;建议在钢梁两端截面高度范围内不设洞口的前提下,腹板上开设直径小于梁截面总高度36%的圆形洞口,洞口的开设对节点的力学性能影响较小。A prefabricated RCS joints with open-web steel beams was proposed,which can facilitate the passage of equipment pipelines,increase clearance,and better realize the seismic design principle of“strong column and weak beam”.The verified finite element method was used to analyze the seismic performance of the proposed joints under reciprocating loads,the influence of the hole radius and the net opening distance on the seismic performance of the joints was explored as well.The results showed that the prefabricated RCS joints with open-web steel beams have better seismic performance and can make the stress distribution of the steel girder more uniform.At the same time,the opening of the steel girder web can make the stress distribution of the steel girder more uniform and the damage of each component less,which was conducive to the better realization of the seismic design principle of“strong joint and weak member”.It is suggested that a circular opening with a diameter less than 36%of the total height of the beam section should be opened on the web of the steel beam under the premise that there is no opening within the range of section height at both ends of the steel beam.Moreover,the opening of the opening of the circular opening has little influence on the mechanical properties of the joints.
