摘  要:采用里兹法和有限元法以及试验测量对塔脚板进行分析,发现角钢与靴板间的每个连接螺栓的载荷分配并不相同,两端螺栓承受的载荷较大,中间螺栓承受载荷较小;还发现塔脚板底板与基础间的接触应力分布不均匀,离靴板近的底板接触应力大很多,而离靴板远的底板接触应力小。基于里兹法和有限元计算,推导出考虑接触应力非均匀分布的底板弯曲应力解析解和底板厚度的解析解。结果表明塔脚板有限元计算出的结果与理论推导出的结果相接近,因此该解析解可作为有塔脚板底板厚度设计的依据。Through the Ritz and finite element method,and experimental tests to analyze the tower foot plate,it was found that the stress distribution of each connecting bolt between the angle steel and the shoe plate was not the same,the two ends of the bolt bear more,and the middle bolt bears less.It was found that the contact stress distribution between the bottom of the tower foot plate and the foundation was uniform.The base plate near the shoe plate bears more stress,while the farther was much smaller.Based on the Ritz method and the finite element method.the solution of the bending stress of the bottom plate and the analysis solution of the thickness of the base plate with non-uniform distribution of contact stress were derived.The experiments showed that the results calculated by the finite element of the tower foot were close to those derived from the theory.Therefore,the analytical solution can be used as a basis for the thickness of the sole plate of the tower foot plate.
