熵权法在农村饮用水安全评价中的局限性

摘　　要：为了揭示熵权法在农村饮用水安全评价中的局限性,使用熵权法对2015—2019年M县农村的饮用水安全进行评价,并将评价结果与实测值进行对比。2015—2019年期间,M县农村的实际饮用水情况都处于“不安全”等级;但熵权法的评价结果表示只有2015年为“不安全”等级,符合实际情况;其他年份都为“安全”或“基本安全”等级,不符合实际情况。造成熵权法的评价评价结果失真的原因是熵权法在进行评价时,只考虑了指标的离散程度和计算信息量,忽视了指标在农村饮用水安全评价中的实际意义,从而使评价结果过于乐观。因此,在农村饮用水安全评价之前,应先对指标实测值的分布情况进行审查。当指标的实测值集中在较差等级,或部分指标的实测值分散在较好等级时,应使用其他方法进行赋权。In order to reveal the limitations of entropy weight method in the evaluation of rural drinking water safety,the entropy weight method was used to evaluate the drinking water safety in M county from 2015 to 2019,and the evaluation results were compared with the measured values.From 2015 to 2019,the actual drinking water situation in the rural areas of M County was in the“unsafe”level.However,the evaluation result of entropy weight method indicated that only 2015 was rated as“unsafe”,which was consistent with the actual situation.All other years were rated as“safe”or“basic safe”,which was inconsistent with the actual situation.The reasons for the distortion of the evaluation results of the entropy weight method were as follows the entropy weight method only considered the dispersion degree and computational information amount of indicators in the evaluation,and ignored the practical significance of indicators in the evaluation of drinking water safety in rural areas,thus making the evaluation results too optimistic.Therefore,before the evaluation of drinking water safety in rural areas,the distribution of measured values of indicators should be reviewed.When the measured values of indicators are concentrated in poor grades,or the measured values of some indicators were scattered in good grades,other methods should be used to assign weights.
