摘 要:针对某自动机械式变速箱(AMT)轻客在产品开发阶段、静态及动态换档过程中的噪声问题,对换档系统结构及工作原理进行分析。明确影响该噪声的关键因子为换档器机械结构和控制策略。通过增大拨叉杆的波形槽倒角,在换档器中增加尼龙垫片、降低定位弹簧刚度和离合器贴合速度及贴合速差、延长换档时间等,最终解决该噪声问题。经验证,静态换档噪声由4.5 sone减小至3.7 sone,动态换档噪声由19.5 sone减小至10.2 sone,满足投产要求。According to the problem of noise from the vehicle idle or driving shifting,the shifting system structure and principle were studied during product development of automatic manual transmission(AMT)light commercial vehicle.It was clear that the key factors induced the noise were the mechanical structure of the shifter and the shift control strategy.Finally,extending the wave groove of the shifting fork lever,adding a nylon gasket in the shifter,reducing the stiffness of the position spring,reducing the clutch fitting speed and fitting speed difference,extending the shifting time,the noise problem was solved.It has been verified that the static shift noise was improved from 4.5 sone to 3.7 sone,the dynamic shift noise was improved from 19.5 sone to 10.2 sone,which meet the customer requirement.
