摘　　要：【目的】为了研究核桃长足象的无公害防治技术。【方法】在室内条件下(温度为25℃,湿度为70%,光周期为短光照L:D=8:16,光照强度为3000 lx)研究管氏肿腿蜂和白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂对核桃长足象的寄生作用。【结果】2种肿腿蜂均能有效寄生核桃长足象,寄生率略有差异,在补充营养过程中,2种肿腿蜂将多数核桃长足象幼虫致死,致死率高于寄生率。白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂寄生核桃长足象幼虫的产卵前期,其子代卵期、幼虫期、蛹期均略长于管氏肿腿蜂,但无显著差异。白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂寄生核桃长足象幼虫的发育历期显著长于管氏肿腿蜂,白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂完成一代需要33.67 d,后者为31.7 d。其子代数量差异不大,均为6头左右,其中管氏肿腿蜂雄性比例略低于白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂。【意义】试验结果为核桃长足象的生物防治提供参考。[Objective]This study was conducted to do the environment-friendly integrated control of Alcidodes juglans Chao.[Method]Two parasitoids of Sclerodermus,Sclerodermus guani Xiao et Wu and Sclerodermus pupariae Yang et Yao,were used to control the weevil in the laboratory.[Result]The results showed that both parasitoids could effectively parasitize the pest,and most of the weevils died in the process of supplementary nutrition of the parasitoids,with the fatality rate higher than parasitism rate in the laboratory with two parasitoids.The preoviposition period,egg stage,larva stage and pupa stage of Sclerodermus pupariae Yang et Yao were longer than that of Sclerodermus guani Xiao et Wu,and the average duration of Sclerodermus pupariae Yang et Yao one generation was 33.67d,longer than that of Sclerodermus guani Xiao et Wu.The offspring numbers of two parasitoids were about 6,and the male rate of Sclerodermus guani Xiao et Wu was lower than that of Sclerodermus pupariae Yang et Yao.[Significance]The results provided references for the biological control of Alcidodes juglans Chao.
