摘  要:气井产能评价是气田开发的核心工作。产能试井存在测试时间长和成本高的缺点,在气田开采中既无法实现单井的实时评价,又无法满足大规模实施的要求。为了实时监测生产期间的气井产能变化,提出一种基于气井生产数据拟合的产能评价方法。采用Blasingame等现代产量递减分析图版对气井生产数据进行生产历史拟合,得到地层参数;在此基础上,预测不同工作制度下的井底流压,再拟合产能方程并计算气井无阻流量。实例结果表明:采用Blasingame图版生产历史拟合得到的地层参数与同时期的试井解释结果差异较小;与产能试井的结果对比,计算无阻流量的误差为6.37%~20.00%,平均误差为14.77%。该方法可以满足实时评价气井产能的需要。It is important to evaluate the productivity of a gas well during gas field development.There are many shortcomings in productivity testing including long testing time and high cost,which are not helpful for engineers to achieve the real-time evaluation or to evaluate the productivity of every well.In order to find out the productivity of every well in real time,a productivity evaluation method based on the fitting of gas well production data is proposed.The formation parameters are obtained by the historical data fitting in Blasingame.The flowing bottomhole pressure under different working systems is predicted,then the productivity equation is established.Finally the open flow rate of the gas well is calculated.It is proved that the difference of formation parameters between in Blasingame and in well test is little.The calculation error of open flow capacity between in Blasingame and in well test is from 6.37%to 20.00%,and the average error is 14.77%.The method can satisfy the needs of real-time evaluation of every well productivity.
