摘 要:碾压混凝土(RCC)在高速公路改扩建工程中应用较少,且对新旧路面拼接尚无相关经验。通过实体工程应用对RCC基层的原材料、配合比、施工质量控制、强度特性等进行了统计与分析。结果表明,在高速公路改扩建工程中,RCC基层整体性较好,新旧路面接缝处的压实效果良好、芯样密实,RCC劈裂强度与抗弯拉强度的相关性较高。Roller Compacted Concrete(RCC)has been rarely used in expressway reconstruction and expansion projects,and there is no relevant experience in the connecting between new and old pavement.The raw materials,mix proportion,quality control and strength of RCC base course have been analyzed through solid engineering application.The practice has shown that in the highway reconstruction and expansion project,the integrity of RCC base is good,the compaction effect at the joints between new and old pavement is good,the core sample is dense,and the correlation between RCC splitting strength and flexural tensile strength is high.
