煤炭企业数字化转型现状、问题研究及建议

摘　　要：介绍了煤炭企业数字化转型与煤矿智能化的关系,对煤炭企业数字化转型现状进行了分析,认为煤炭企业数字化转型整体处于起步阶段,转型势头良好,煤炭数字产业开始起步发展;结合实际,从顶层设计、管理体制、数据集成等6个方面,对当前煤炭企业数字化转型发展存在的主要问题进行了深入研究,剖析了对投入和转型产生怀疑、人才队伍远不能满足转型需要等4个方面的形成原因;结合存在的问题,提出了加强政府指导和宣传引导、帮助煤炭企业掌握转型的正确方式方法等8个方面有针对性的政策性建议。The relationship between the digital transformation of coal enterprises and the intellectualization of coal mines was introduced,the current situation of the digital transformation of coal enterprises was analyzed,it was thought that the overall digital transformation of coal enterprises was in the initial stage,the transformation momentum was good,and the coal digital industry began to develop.Combined with reality,an in-depth study on the main problems existing in the current digital transformation development of coal enterprises was carried out from the six aspects of top-level design,management system,data integration and so on,and the reasons for doubts about investment and transformation,the mismatching of talent team and the needs of transformation and other two aspects were analyzed.Combined with the existing problems,eight targeted policy suggestions were put forward,such as strengthening government guidance and publicity guidance,helping coal enterprises master the correct ways and methods of transformation.
