越南煤炭工业发展现状及展望

摘　　要：越南煤炭资源储量丰富且多为露天开采,煤炭是越南主要供能原料之一。分析了越南煤炭资源在其能源系统中的地位和作用,指出,近30年来煤炭在越南一次能源生产和消费构成中的比重迅速增加;2019年越南煤炭消费增速居世界十大煤炭消费国之首,越南煤炭进口增幅也达创纪录水平,预测2030年越南煤炭进口仍将持续增加;煤炭出口方面,无烟煤出口实行配额限制。同时,介绍了越南煤矿关闭和建设、煤炭洗选加工等方面的发展规划情况。Vietnam is rich in coal resources and mostly open-pit mining,and coal is one of the main energy supply raw materials in Vietnam.The position and role of Vietnam's coal resources in its energy system were analyzed,and it was pointed out that the proportion of coal in Vietnam's primary energy production and consumption had increased rapidly in recent 30 years.In 2019,the growth rate of coal consumption in Vietnam ranked first among the top ten coal consuming countries in the world,and Vietnam's coal import also reached a record level,and it was predicted that Vietnam's coal import would continue to increase in 2030;In terms of coal export,anthracite export was subject to quota restrictions.The development plans of coal mine closure,construction and coal washing and processing were introduced.
