摘  要:对某纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料双层天线罩结构开展隔热性能分析,将双层天线罩结构简化为三层平板模型,采用石英灯辐射加热方法分别对双层天线罩结构及其简化模型开展隔热试验,对比试验结果并分析差异原因,进一步采用计算方法对简化模型进行隔热性能仿真评估,对比分析热对流效应对内部温度场产生的影响,为纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料双层天线罩的隔热性能分析及结构优化设计提供指导。This paper analysis the thermal insulation performance of fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite double-deck radome. For the convenience of analysis, the double-deck radome was simplified to a three-layer plate model. By using radiation heating method of quartz lamp, thermal insulation experiment was carried out on the double-deck radome and its simplified model. The experiment results were compared and the reasons for the results differences were analyzed. What’s more, simulation evaluation of thermal insulation performance for simplified model was carried out and the effect of thermal convection on inner temperature distribution was analyzed. The research can be used for thermal insulation performance analysis and structural optimization design of fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite double-deck radome.
