摘 要:冬季降雪后,由于桥梁结构原因,大量桥面结冰引起交通事故,而目前市面上普遍应用的人工清理、机械清理以及撒盐清理等方式存在诸多弊端。为了解决长期存在的低温季节桥面结冰的除冰困难状况,对各种常见传统除冰方式的弊端进行了分析,并提出了一种将积蓄车辆通过减速带时压力所产生的能量转化为热能的设计思路,应用压电性能优异PZT压电陶瓷以及发热性能高的石墨烯薄膜设计了一种除冰系统,并通过能量模型计算证明其可行性。该除冰系统设计方法为桥面除冰问题的解决提供了全新思路。After winter snowfall,due to the structural reasons of the bridge,a large number of traffic accidents are caused by bridge deck icing.At present,there are many disadvantages in manual cleaning,mechanical cleaning and salt cleaning,which are common in the market.In order to solve the long-standing difficulty of deicing on bridge deck in low temperature season,the disadvantages of various common traditional deicing methods are analyzed,and a design idea is put forward to store the energy generated by the pressure of the vehicle passing through the deceleration belt and convert it into thermal energy.A deicing system is designed by using PZT piezoelectric ceramics with excellent piezoelectric properties and graphene thin films with high heating performance.Its feasibility is proved by the calculation of energy model.The design method of the deicing system provides a new idea for solving the problem of bridge deck deicing.
