摘 要:精确分层测压一直是压力监测的一个难题,尤其是针对电潜泵井“Y”型分采管柱的分层测压技术研究甚少。传统的测试方法需要在井口关井测压,一方面严重影响产量,另一方面存在较大井储效应;采用存储式仪器则造成严重测试占产。文章介绍了一种跨隔分层测压技术,该技术在分层测压时,不需要动原井管柱、关井,以及开关滑套,不影响其他层正常生产,并能减小井储效应,可在油井正常生产的情况下,实现仪器一趟下井获取全井分层地层压力。通过29口井共83层的实际测试应用,该技术可为油井分析及油藏监测提供可靠的资料依据,能够减少测试占产、降低作业成本,具有较好的应用效果。Accurate stratified pressure measurement is always a difficult problem in pressure monitoring,especially the stratified pressure measurement technology for"Y"type separate production string of electric submersible pump wells is rarely studied.For the traditional test method,its construction process is tedious.And because of the need to measure pressure in well shut-in condition,on the one hand,the production is seriously affected;on the other hand,there is a large well storage effect.In addition,the use of storage instruments has also seriously affected output.This paper introduces a kind of straddle stratification pressure measurement technology.This technology does not need to change the original well string,shut-in,or switch sleeve,and does not affect the normal production of other layers.It can also reduce the well storage effect.Under the normal production condition,the instrument can go down the well once to obtain the whole well stratified formation pressure.Through the actual testing of 29 Wells with 83 layers,this technology can provide reliable data basis for well analysis and reservoir monitoring and reduce the cost of testing and production as well,thereby has proved to have good application effect.
