摘  要:在软弱的围岩条件下,围岩的变形量超过双护盾TBM开挖的变形量时,围岩与护盾相接触并产生挤压应力,进而对TBM前进产生较大的摩擦阻力,当阻力大于TBM最大的推进力时就会出现卡机现象,这严重制约了施工进度。文章结合甘肃定西引洮工程双护盾TBM施工实践,对施工过程中卡机原因进行了分析,并提出几种脱困解决方案。Under weak surrounding rock conditions,when the deformation of the surrounding rock exceeds the deformation of the double-shield TBM excavation,the surrounding rock contacts the shield and produces a compressive stress,which in turn produces a greater frictional resistance to the advancement of the TBM when the resistance is greater than the maximum thrust of the TBM,a jam phenomenon will occur,which severely restricts the construction progress.In this paper,combined with the construction practice of the double shield TBM of the Dingxi Water Diversion Project in Gansu,the reasons for the machine jam during the construction process are analyzed,and several solutions to the problem are proposed.
