集束化干预策略在降低成人ICU患者血培养污染中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨集束化干预策略在预防成人ICU患者血培养污染中的作用。方法:以采取“预防血培养污染集束化干预策略”前的2018年7-12月为对照组(n=798),以采取干预后的2019年7-12月为观察组(n=812),比较两组血培养污染率。结果:观察组血培养污染率明显低于对照组(1.23%vs 3.88%,P<0.05)。结论:集束化干预策略的实施明显降低了成人ICU患者的血培养污染率。Objective:To explore the effect of a bundle intervention against blood culture contamination for critically ill patients.Methods:“Against the blood culture contamination”bundle at ICU were accepted in Jul 2019.The pre⁃intervention period(Jul 2018 to Dec 2018)and the post⁃intervention period(Jul 2019 to Dec 2019)were classified as control group(n=798)and observation group(n=812).The contamination rate of blood culture were compared between the two groups.Results:The contamination rate of blood culture in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(1.23%vs 3.88%,P<0.05).Conclusions:The“Against the blood culture contamination”bundle dramatically reduced the contamination rate when drawing blood culture in ICU.
