摘  要:目的:分析甲状腺相关眼病(Graves Ophthalmopathy,GO)患者的全自动非接触眼压计(NCT)与Goldman压平式眼压计(GAT)的测量结果,为临床上甲状腺相关眼病患者的眼压测量方法应用提供理论依据。方法:选择2011年2月-2020年3月期间,就诊于中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院眼科与内分泌科106例(106眼)诊断为甲状腺相关眼病(GO)患者。予以同时应用全自动非接触眼压计(NCT)与Goldman压平式眼压计(GAT)测量双眼眼压,依据GAT结果进行分组,对患者的临床资料进行统计学分析。结果:GO患者的GAT结果较NCT结果偏低(P<0.05)。眼压异常组的GO患者的眼球突出度、临床活动性评分(clinical activity score,CAS)及欧洲Graves眼病专家组(European Group on Graves' Obitopathy,EUGOGO)分级更严重(P均<0.05)。当GO患者的CAS≥3分时,NCT眼压值与GAT眼压值的结果不一致(P<0.05)。结论:当GO患者的CAS≥3分时,应用GAT评估GO患者的眼压。Objective:To analyze different methods in measuring the intraocular pressure(IOP)of Graves Ophthalmopathy(GO).Methods:The clinical data of 106 patients(106 eyes)with GOfrom February 2011 to March 2020 in Sun Yat⁃Sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat⁃Sen University was retrospectively analyzed.The patients were measuredthe IOP with Noncontact tonometer(NCT)and Goldmann applanation tomonetery(GAT)at the same time and were groups comparedaccording to the result of GAT.Results:The results of GAT were lower than NCT(P<0.05).The proptosis,the clinical activity score(CAS)and the grading of European Group on Graves'Obitopathy(EUGOGO)of the patients in abnormal group were more severe(P<0.05 respectively).When CAS≥3,the patient's results of NCT and GAT were significant different(P<0.05).Conclusion:It's better to use GAT to measure the GO patients when their CAS≥3.
