摘  要:甘薯和芙蓉李是福建省连城县的特色农产品,幼龄芙蓉李果园栽培存在裸露山地面积过大,容易造成水土流失,影响果园经济和生态效益。通过在幼龄芙蓉李果园套种红心甘薯模式下的开展有机肥肥效比较试验,对红心甘薯的主要农艺性状、产量及主要品质分析研究,结果表明:Y200和Y400处理后红心甘薯的薯块鲜重、667 m^(2)产量显著高于CK;淀粉含量、N含量和P含量均大于CK,分别是CK的1.07~1.08、1.01~1.16、1.03~1.05倍;可溶性糖、K含量小于CK,分别降低26.47%~28.20%、6.30%~8.66%。进而总结出幼龄芙蓉李果园套种甘薯立体栽培模式的有机肥施用技术,指导闽西果农提质增收,服务县域特色产业振兴。Sweet potato and‘Furong’plum are featured agricultural products in Liancheng County,Fujian Province.There is too much exposed mountain area in young‘Furong’plum orchard,easily causing soil erosion,and then affect orchard economic and ecological benefits.Through the comparative experiment of organic fertilizer efficiency on interplanting sweet potato with red flesh in young‘Furong’plum orchard,the main agronomic characters,yield and main quality of sweet potato with red flesh were analyzed and studied.The Results showed that fresh weight of shoot,fresh weight of storage root,and yield per 667 m^(2) were significantly higher than CK,respectively.The starch content,N content and P content under Y200 and Y400 treatments were 1.07-1.08,1.01-1.16 and 1.03-1.05 times under CK,respectively.The soluble sugar and K contents under Y200 and Y400 treatment were lower than that under CK by 26.47%-28.20%and 6.30%-8.66%,respectively.Application techniques of organic fertilizer under stereo cultivation of sweet potato interplanted in young‘Furong’plum orchard were summarized to guide the fruit farmers in western Fujian to improve fruit quality and income,and to serve the revitalization of characteristic industries in the county.
