摘  要:河池市属喀斯特地貌,地形复杂,中小流域山洪灾害频发。2015—2021年,每年均出现1~3场较为严重的中小流域洪涝灾害,提高山区中小河流防洪能力刻不容缓。利用GIS技术划分中小流域,提取流域参数,采用瞬时单位线法,开展中小流域洪水预报分析。地理信息系统(GIS)技术能够快速处理海量数据,三维立体展示地形、叠加分析流域植被覆盖、土壤性质、土地用途、山丘山区分布等情况,能够实时接收动态监测数据,形成Web客户端为客户提供便捷服务,广泛应用于分布式水文模型研究领域。Hechi City has Karst landform characterized by complex topography and frequent mountainous flood of middle and small watershed.There are 1~3 fairly serious middle and small watershed floods every year from 2015 to 2021,so it is urgent to improve the flood control capacity of middle and small rivers in mountainous areas.GIS was used to divide the middle and small watersheds and extract the watershed data.Flood forecast and analysis of mid⁃dle and small rivers were conducted by instantaneous unit line method.GIS is widely applied in distributed hydro⁃logical model study since it permits rapid processing of mass data,3D display of terrain,superposition analysis of watershed vegetation coverage,soil properties,land use,distribution of hills and mountains,real-time receiving dy⁃namic monitoring data,and is able to form a Web client to provide convenient services for customers.
