摘  要:介绍了一种小型玉米剥皮机,其采用铁辊和胶辊共同作业,玉米粒的破损率低、剥皮效率较高、价格便宜、适用范围广。针对该型玉米剥皮机进行了静力学研究,仿真分析发现,其形变量和应力情况基本与实际吻合。该项研究为新型玉米剥皮机的研制提供了理论参考。A small corn husker was proposed,which adopted iron roller and cots to work together.It had advantages including low breaking rate of corn kernels,high efficiency,low price and wide range of application,etc.Statics of the corn husker was studied.Based on simulation analysis,it was found that deformation and stress were consistent with actual situation approximatively.The study provided a theoretical reference for development of a new corn husker.
