摘  要:以莲雾的茎尖、腋芽等为外植体,通过诱导培养形成脱毒不定芽,通过组培快繁技术,培养出完整的无毒植株。试验结果表明:外植体灭菌处理成功率达93%,诱导不定芽的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0+IBA_(3)0.2+GA_(3)0.2,增殖系数为3.2;不定芽出根的最适培养基为MS+IBA_(1)2.0+VB_(1)0.2,生根率达92.8%;移栽成活率达96%,为莲雾种苗提供了一种新型快速的繁殖方式。Using some kinds of wax apple,with terminal buds,lateral buds and other parts as explants,adventitious buds were successfully induced by tissue culture.After rapid propagating,complete and virus-free plants were obtained.Results showed that explants sterilization success rate was as high as 93%.Optimal medium for adventitious buds induction was MS+6-BA 2.0+IBA_(3)0.2+GA_(3)0.2,and the subculture multiplication factor was up to 3.2.Optimizing rooting medium was MS+IBA 2.0+VB_(1)0.2.The rooting rate was 92.8%and transplanting survival rate was 96%.The study provided an effect way for rapid propagation of virus-free wax apple.
