摘  要:为研究低温环境下石灰岩机制砂及石粉对混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响,以掺/未掺石灰岩石粉的机制砂砂浆、掺/未掺石灰岩石粉的天然砂砂浆为模拟对象,结合硫酸盐腐蚀介质及低温环境特点,采用温度(5±1)℃的5%的MgSO_(4)溶液模拟服役环境,对比研究了不同腐蚀龄期(0 d、60 d、90 d、210 d、270 d、360 d)试件的外观和强度变化,并基于XRD、FTIR测试分析了侵蚀产物。结果表明:随着龄期的增长,侵蚀方式由传统的钙矾石型硫酸盐侵蚀逐渐过渡到以碳硫硅酸钙为侵蚀产物的TSA岩侵蚀;石灰岩机制砂和石粉均能促使砂浆产生TSA侵蚀,且石粉的影响更加明显。In order to study the influence of limestone manufactured sand and limestone rock fines on the sulfate resistance of concrete under low temperature environment,the two kinds of manufactured sand mortars mixed with or without limestone rock fines,and the two kinds of natural sand mortars incorporated with or without limestone rock fines were used as the simulate objects.Combined with the characteristics of sulfate corrosion medium and low temperature environment,5%magnesium sulfate solution at(5±1)℃was used to simulate the service environment.The changes of appearance and strength for the mortar specimens at different corrosion ages(0 d,60 d,90 d,210 d,270 d,360 d)were compared and studied,and the corrosion products were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results show that with the increase of erosion age,the erosion mode gradually transits from traditional ettringite type sulfate attack to thaumasite sulfate attack(TSA)with thaumasite as the erosion product.Limestone manufactured sand and limestone rock fines all can promote the TSA of mortar and concrete,and the effect of limestone rock fines is more obvious.
