摘　　要：湿地公园是介于自然保护区与传统意义公园之间的、具有一定规模的自然湿地区域,也是基于生态保护的一种可持续的湿地管理和资源利用方式。随着人们对生态环境质量的要求越来越高,保护湿地资源并发挥其生态社会效益已成为生态文明建设中的重要工作。近年来,湖北省在湿地公园建设方面作了大量工作,取得了一定的成绩,但同时也逐渐展现出一些问题,这对今后湿地公园建设、湿地资源保护利用及其可持续发展等带来了挑战。为此,在系统总结我省湿地公园建设发展成效和主要经验做法的基础上,分析其中存在的问题,并提出相关建议,以期为湖北省自然保护地建设与高质量发展提供参考依据。Wetland parks belong to the natural wetland areas which between nature reserve and traditional park,and also,they are sustainable ways for wetland resumption and resource utilization based on ecological protection.With people’s demanding for ecological environment quality becoming higher and higher,protecting wetland resources and giving full play to its ecological and social benefits has become an important work in ecological civilization construction.In recent years,the government of Hubei province has done a lot of work in the construction of wetland parks,and made certain achievements,but also gradually showed some problems,which will bring challenges to the future construction of wetland parks,wetland resources protection and utilization and sustainable development.Therefore,on the basis of systematically summarizing the achievements and main experiences of the construction and development of wetland parks,the authors analyzed existing problems and put forward relevant proposals,in order to provide reference for the construction and high-quality development of natural protected areas in Hubei Province.
