摘 要:利用海藻酸钠、Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米颗粒为材料,制备磁性凝胶颗粒,通过土壤吸附试验,水稻盆栽试验,探讨其对土壤有效态镉浓度的影响,以及对水稻幼苗积累镉的影响,为水稻安全生产提供理论参考依据。结果表明,磁性凝胶颗粒可降低土壤中有效态镉浓度,土壤有效态镉浓度从4.41 mg/kg降低到0.81 mg/kg,降低率为81.57%。磁性凝胶颗粒能有效降低水稻根系、茎叶、根表铁膜中的镉浓度,降低率分别为58.70%、59.71%、62.33%;能有效提高水稻根系的铁浓度,提高率为100.50%。Magnetic gel particles were prepared by using sodium alginate and Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles as materials,and its influence on the available Cd concentration in soil and Cd accumulation in rice seedlings was discussed through soil adsorption test and rice pot experiment,so as to provide a theoretical reference for rice safety production.The results showed that magnetic gel particles could reduce soil available Cd concentration from 4.41mg/kg to 0.81mg/kg,with a reduction rate of 81.57%;could effectively decrease Cd concentration in rice root,stem and leaf,and root iron plaque,and the decrease rates were 58.70%,59.71%,62.33%,respectively;could effectively increase iron concentration in rice root,and the increase rate was 100.50%.
