摘  要:利用聚合羟基阳离子插层法,在油浴加热的条件下把不同比例的Zn^(2+)和Fe^(3+)加入到Na^(2)CO_(3)溶液中制备出不同种类的聚合羟基阳离子。通过聚合羟基阳离子与蒙脱土发生柱撑反应,获得不同比例的锌铁柱撑的蒙脱土,并借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其形貌进行表征。将合成的柱撑蒙脱土对罗丹明B模拟污水处理,并探究了最佳的工艺条件。结果表明:在pH=3、Zn/Fe=1:2的柱撑蒙脱土用量40 mg时,其对罗丹明B去除率高达89.7%。Using the polymerized hydroxyl cation intercalation method,different proportions of Zn^(2+)and Fe^(2+)were added to the Na_(2)CO_(3)solution under the condition of oil bath heating to prepare different types of polymerized hydroxyl cations.The pillared reaction between polymerized hydroxyl cations and montmorillonite was used to obtain zinc-iron pillared montmorillonite in different proportions,and the morphology of the montmorillonite was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The synthetic pillared montmorillonite was simulated sewage treatment with rhodamine B,and the best process conditions were explored.The results showed that when the amount of pillared montmorillonite at pH=3 and Zn/Fe=1:2 was 40 mg,the removal rate of rhodamine B was as high as 89.7%.
