沉淀白炭黑对中性透明密封胶性能的影响

摘　　要：以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(下称107硅橡胶)为基胶,甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷和乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷复配为交联剂,气相白炭黑和沉淀白炭黑基料为补强填料,添加复配偶联剂,制得中性透明脱酮肟型硅酮密封胶,主要考察了沉淀白炭黑基料对硅酮密封胶储存稳定性和力学性能等影响。结果表明:将沉淀白炭黑制备成基料,制得的密封胶储存稳定期较好且不会出现渗油现象;当沉淀白炭黑比表面积为200 m^(2)/g时,密封胶的综合性能最好。沉淀白炭黑基料添加量为6份时其力学性能最好,拉伸强度达到0.49 MPa,断裂伸长率为119%。α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane(hereinafter referred to as 107 silicone rubber)was used as the base gum,methyl tributyl ketone oxime silane and vinyl tributyl ketone oxime silane were compounded as cross-linking agent,gas phase silica and precipitated silica were used as reinforcing fillers,and compound coupling agents were added to prepare neutral and transparent deketoxime silicone sealants.The storage stability and mechanical properties and other effects were discussed.The results showed that the precipitated silica was prepared as a base material,and the prepared sealant had a good storage stability period and no oil seepage.When the precipitated silica specific surface area was 200 m^(2)/g,the comprehensive performance of the sealant was the best.When the addition amount of precipitated silica base material was 6 parts,its mechanical properties were the best,the tensile strength reached 0.49 MPa,and the elongation at break was 119%.
