摘  要:对不同品种、不同生长期的亳白芍进行质量研究。采用高效液相色谱法对不同品种、不同生长期的亳白芍中芍药苷的含量进行比较研究,并按照《中国药典》2020年版对其他理化指标进行研究。所有样品的测定指标均符合2020年版《中国药典》一部要求。所有样品在与对照品相同位置上均显相同颜色斑点。4年生蒲棒和5年生线条亳白芍中含芍药苷较高。结果表明亳白芍最佳品种和采收年限为4年生蒲棒和5年生线条。Qualities of paeonia radix alba in Bozhou of different cultivars,different growth period was studied.HPLC method was applied to compare and study the contents of paeoniflorin in paeonia radix alba in Bozhou of different cultivars,different growth period.And other physical and chemical indexes were studied according to Chinese pharmacopoeia(2020 edition).The determination indexes of all samples were all meet the requirements of the first part of 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.All samples showed the same color spots in the same position as the control.The content of paeoniflorin in 4-year-old pubang and 5-year-old xiantiao of paeonia radix alba in Bozhou was the highest,respectively.The results indicated the 4-year-old pubang and 5-year-old xiantiao of paeonia radix alba in Bozhou were the best cultivars and best harvest.
