摘　　要：综合性实验是培养和提升学生综合运用知识、解决问题能力的重要教学方式。该实验将教师科研成果与学生实验教学有机融合。文章阐述了综合性实验目的、实验原理、实验步骤、实验结果与讨论等内容。该实验提取植物样品中有效成分,并利用标准曲线法进行含量分析,综合了多种知识点和实验操作技能,有利于训练学生综合实验技能,提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力。Comprehensive experiment is an important teaching method to cultivate and improve students comprehensive ability to use knowledge,analyze and solve problems.The teachers research achievements and students experimental teaching were organically integrated in the experiment.The experimental aim,experimental principle,experimental procedures,experimental results and discussion,and so on,were described.In this experiment,the active ingredients were extracted,and the content was analyzed by using the standard curve method.A variety of knowledge points and experimental operation skills were combined in the experiment,which was conducive to train students comprehensive experimental skills and improve students ability to analyze and solve problems.
