摘  要:煤矿井下对电机运行状态检测有很高要求,现有用于电机检测的主要是有线在线检测设备,面对海量数据处理负担重,对数据传输的要求很高;此外,煤矿井下环境恶劣,铺设有线通信线路难度大。为此,文章对无线振动边缘处理装置进行了设计,采用双核主控芯片LPC55S69,可实现小波变换和无线通信的协同运行,数据在该装置中得以处理筛选后(降低了对数据传输的要求),以无线方式经网关上传至上位机进行监测报警,实现了电机运行健康状态检测。There are high requirements for motor running state detection in underground coal mines.The existing equipment for motor detection is mainly wired online detection equipment.Facing the heavy burden of massive data processing,it has high requirements for data transmission;in addition,the underground coal mine environment is bad,and it is difficult to lay wired communication lines.Therefore,the wireless vibration edge processing device is designed in this paper.The dual core main control chip LPC55S69 is used to realize the cooperative operation of wavelet transform and wireless communication.After the data is processed and screened in the device(reducing the requirements for data transmission),it is uploaded to the upper computer wirelessly pass through the gateway for monitoring and alarm,so as to realize the detection of motor operation health status.
