摘　　要：目的探讨鼻中隔缝合技术在鼻内镜下鼻窦开放合并鼻中隔偏曲矫正手术中的应用效果。方法选择2019年10月至2020年10月郑州市第二人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的60例接受鼻内镜下鼻窦开放术合并鼻中隔偏曲矫正术的患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案分为传统组和改良组,各30例。比较两组患者术后疼痛、术后并发症发生情况。结果改良组鼻部疼痛、头痛、溢泪、吞咽困难、睡眠困难等5个方面的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论鼻中隔缝合技术可减少患者术后痛苦,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of nasal septum mattress suture technique in endoscopic sinus surgery and nasal septum deviation correction operation.Methods From October 2019 to October 2020,60 patients underwent endoscopic sinus surgery combined with nasal septum deviation correction in the Department of Otolaryngology Head and neck surgery of Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into traditional group and modified group,with 30 cases in each group.The postoperative pain and complications between the two groups were compared.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of five aspects of nasal pain,headache,tearing,dysphagia and sleep difficulty in the modified group were lower than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal septum mattress suture technique can reduce the pain of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
