摘　　要：目的分析老年急性心肌梗死患者智谋的影响因素。方法选择2018年6月至2021年9月于商丘市第一人民医院接受治疗的90例老年急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,于入院次日病情稳定后采用智谋量表(RS)评估患者智谋水平,并统计所有患者基线资料,采用多元线性回归分析老年急性心肌梗死患者智谋的影响因素。结果年龄>75岁、受教育程度低、心功能分级高、合并2种及以上慢性病的急性心肌梗死患者智谋评分均低于年龄≤75岁,受教育程度高,心功能分级低,合并1种慢性病患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多元线性回归分析,结果显示,年龄>75岁、受教育程度低、心功能分级高、合并2种及以上慢性病是导致急性心肌梗死患者智谋评分低的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年急性心肌梗死患者智谋水平低可能受年龄>75岁、受教育程度低、心功能分级高、合并2种及以上慢性病的影响。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of resourcefulness in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in Shangqiu First People’s Hospital from June 2018 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects.After the patients’condition was stable on the next day after admission,the resourcefulness level was evaluated by resourcefulness scale(RS).The baseline data of all patients were counted,and the influencing factors of resourcefulness in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results The resourcefulness score of acute myocardial infarction patients with age>75 years old,low education level,high cardiac function grade and two or more chronic diseases were lower than those of patients with age≤75 years old,high education level,low cardiac function grade and one chronic disease(P<0.05).Through multiple linear regression analysis,the results showed that age>75 years old,low education level,high cardiac function grade and combination of two or more chronic diseases were the influencing factors of low resourcefulness score in patients with acute myocardial infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion The low level of resourcefulness in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction may be affected by age>75 years old,low education level,high cardiac function grade and combination of two or more chronic diseases.
