护理风险管理在手术室护理工作中实施的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护理实践中运用护理风险管理的具体方法及效果。方法于2019年6月—2020年6月选取射阳县人民医院采用手术室常规护理的550例患者为对照组,选取2020年7月—2021年6月射阳县人民医院行护理风险管理550例患者为观察组。比较两组的护理效果。结果实施风险管理后,手术室管理评分为23.38±1.50分、服务规范评分为23.48±1.43分、仪器设备管理评分为22.43±1.04分、消毒隔离评分为23.47±1.03分、急救药械评分为24.83±0.87分、护理文书评分为24.17±0.75分、护理安全评分为23.87±0.69分,高于管理前的手术室管理评分22.03±1.96分、服务规范评分22.17±1.75分、仪器设备管理评分21.22±1.58分、消毒隔离评分22.22±1.28分、急救药械评分23.80±1.45分、护理文书评分23.10±1.39分、护理安全评分22.40±1.22分(P<0.05);观察组手术准备正确率为98.73%、护理满意度为99.64%,高于对照组的手术准备正确率96.00%、护理满意度97.82%(P<0.05);观察组护理缺陷为0.73%、护理投诉为0.18%,低于对照组的护理缺陷2.55%、护理投诉1.45%(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理对于手术室护理而言,可显著提升手术室护理质量。Objective To explore the specific methods and effects of nursing risk management in operating room.Methods A total of 550 patients with routine nursing in operating room from June 2019 to June 2020 as control group,550 patients with nursing risk management in the operating room from July 2020 to June 2021 as the observation group.Results After management operating room management 23.38±1.50,service standard 23.48±1.43,instrument and equipment management 22.43±1.04,disinfection and isolation 23.47±1.03,first-aid medicine and equipment 24.83±0.87,nursing documents 24.17±0.75 and nursing safety 23.87±0.69 were higher than before management 22.03±1.96,22.17±1.75,21.22±1.58,22.22±1.28,23.80±1.45,23.10±1.39,22.40±1.22(P<0.05).The correct rate of surgical preparation 98.73%and nursing satisfaction 99.64% higher than 96.00% and 97.82% in t control group(P<0.05).Nursing defects and nursing complaints 0.73% and 0.18% lower than 2.55% and 1.45% in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management can significantly improve the quality of nursing in the operating room.
