摘  要:选择性激光烧结技术(SLS)是3D打印的一个重要分支。聚合物及其复合材料作为SLS技术常用的原材料之一,其粒径、表面形貌、比表面积、烧结窗口、结晶度等都会对成型过程造成影响。另一方面,打印过程中的设备参数,如激光功率、激光扫描速率、激光扫描间距、层厚和零件床层温度等也是影响制件的重要因素。对聚合物原材料的特性及成型过程的影响因素进行了阐述,为原材料的选择和激光烧结过程中参数的调整提供了依据,并对SLS技术的发展前景进行了展望。Selective laser sintering(SLS)was an important branch of three dimensional(3D)printing.Polymer and its composites were one of the common raw materials in SLS technology.The particle size,surface morphology,specific surface area,sintering window,crystallinity and so on could affect the molding process.And the equipment parameters in the printing process,such as,laser power,laser scanning rate,laser scanning distance,layer thickness and bed temperature,were also important factors affecting the production of parts.The characteristics of polymer raw materials and the influencing factors of the molding process were described,which provided the basis for the selection of raw materials and the adjustment of parameters in the laser sintering process,and the development prospect of SLS technology was also forecasted.
