摘  要:以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)为基体树脂,研究了不同粒径和不同含量的铝颜料、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)和苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(AS)、模具温度对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:铝颜料粒径和含量对ABS复合材料的表面光泽度和色差值有明显影响;PMMA﹑AS树脂的加入会降低复合材料的表面光泽度,且二者加入使色差值L和b值变化相反;模具温度高于90℃时,复合材料表面光泽度明显增加,模具温度对色差值影响不大;随着铝颜料粒径增加,复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度先增加再降低,而缺口冲击强度逐渐下降。The effects of different particle sizes and contents of aluminum pigment,polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)and styrene acrylonitrile(AS),mold temperature on spray-free ABS composites were studied.The results show that the particle size and content of aluminum pigment have obvious influence on the surface gloss and color difference value of the composites.The addition of PMMA and AS resin could reduce the glossiness of the composites,and make the color difference value L and b change inversely.When the mold temperature is higher than 90℃,the surface glossiness of the composites increases obviously,and the mold temperature has little effect on the color difference value.With the increase of aluminum pigment particle size,the tensile strength and bending strength of the composites first increase and then decrease,while the notched impact strength gradually decreases.
