摘  要:采用二氧化硅(SiO_(2))与尼龙6(PA6)熔融共混制备消光母粒,并以其和PA6为原料,制备了双向拉伸尼龙6(BOPA)/SiO_(2)复合薄膜。对薄膜的光学性能进行了分析,采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了薄膜的结晶性能,并采用扫描电子显微镜和原子力显微镜分析薄膜的表面形貌和粗糙度。结果表明,SiO_(2)的加入可有效改善BOPA薄膜的消光性能,且对尼龙6有促进结晶的作用。相对于纯BOPA薄膜,BOPA/SiO_(2)复合薄膜的表面更加粗糙和不均匀,有利于薄膜产生漫反射,呈现优异的消光效果。The matting masterbatch was prepared by melt blending silica(SiO_(2))with nylon 6(PA6),and then the biaxially stretched PA6/SiO_(2) composite films were prepared by using the obtained matting masterbatch and PA6.The optical properties of the films were analyzed.The crystallization properties and surface morphology and roughness of the films were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy,respectively.The results indicated that the addition of SiO_(2) could effectively improve the matting properties of BOPA films,and promote the crystallization of PA6.Comparing with pure BOPA film,the surface of BOPA/SiO_(2) composite film is more rough and uneven,which is helpful for the diffuse reflection of the films,exhibiting excellent matting effect.
