摘  要:以摆线针轮(RV)减速器为研究对象,基于SolidWorks软件绘制RV减速器三维实体模型。同时,将模型导入ANSYS有限元软件中,并设置两种材料属性分别为聚乳酸(PLA)材料和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)树脂材料,进行有限元分析。除材料属性不一样外,在其他条件相同的状态下,对RV减速器进行失效分析。通过求解运算,比较两种材料下的RV减速器的最大等效应力、非线性力学收敛曲线和总变形量的大小,选择性能更优的材料来制造RV减速器,并在此基础上对现有RV减速器材料库进行更新,对未来RV减速器材料的选择具有重大意义。Taking the resistance volt(RV)reducer as the research object,the 3D solid model of the RV reducer was drawn based on the SolidWorks software.At the same time,the model was imported into ANSYS finite element software,and the two material properties were set as polylactic acid(PLA)material and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)resin material,and finite element analysis was performed.In addition to the different material properties,the failure analysis of the RV reducer was carried out under the same other conditions.Through solving calculations,comparing the maximum equivalent stress,nonlinear mechanical convergence curve and total deformation of the RV reducer under the two materials,the material with better performance to manufacture the RV reducer was selected on this basis.The RV reducer material library was updated,which was of great significance to the selection of RV reducer materials in the future.
