摘 要:针对电子技术课程教学中,晶体管放大器的非线性失真现象及其产生机理、数学模型分析过程抽象难懂问题,设计了一款晶体管放大电路非线性失真综合实验装置。该实验装置基于STM32嵌入式系统设计原理,对输入波形实时进行FFT快速傅里叶变换,计算并显示总谐波失真值,可自由切换模式以实现无失真放大输出和"顶部失真""底部失真""双向失真""交越失真"四种晶体管常见失真形式信号输出。教学实践证明,此实验较好地实现了晶体管放大电路非线性失真实验要求。将该教学理念应用到信号与系统及单片机技术等电子类课程,可对全面提高学生理论分析和工程应用能力起到很好的促进作用。Aiming at the problems of nonlinear distortion of transistor amplifier and generating mechanism, the abstract and difficult process of mathematical model analysis in electronic technology teaching, a comprehensive experimental device on nonlinear distortion of transistor amplifier is designed. Based on the design principle of STM32 embedded system, the experiment device performs FFT fast Fourier transform on the input waveform in real time, calculates and displays the total harmonic distortion value, which can freely switch modes to realize distortion-free amplification output and "Top distortion", "Bottom distortion", "Bidirectional distortion", "Crossover distortion" four common forms of transistor distortion signal output. The teaching practice proves that this experiment can better realize the requirements of nonlinear distortion of transistor amplification circuit. The application of this teaching concept to electronic courses such as signal and system as well as microcontroller technology can play a good role in promoting the overall improvement of students’ ability of theoretical analysis and engineering application.
