摘  要:结合低速直流式风洞设计原理,设计并搭建了低速直流式实验风洞。使用热线风速仪测量风洞内风速分布,对流场的均匀性、稳定性等指标进行校测。结果表明,所设计搭建的低速风洞可获得相对均匀、稳定的流场,能够满足危化品泄漏及防护实验的要求。在风洞的基础上设置氨气泄漏系统、水幕防护系统和浓度测量采集系统,研究在水幕的作用下氨气泄漏过程中温度、浓度的变化,模拟氨气在水幕作用下的扩散过程,分析水幕吸收氨气的作用机理和影响因素,为氨泄漏应急管理提供参考。Combined with the design principles of low-speed DC wind tunnel, a low-speed DC experimental wind tunnel is designed and built. The hot wire anemometer is adopted to measure the wind speed distribution in the wind tunnel, and the uniformity and stability of the flow field are calibrated. The results show that the designed low-speed wind tunnel can obtain relatively stable and uniform flow field and can meet the requirements of dangerous chemical leakage and protection experiment. Based on the wind tunnel, ammonia leakage system, water curtain protection system and concentration measurement and acquisition system are added to study the changes of temperature and concentration in the process of ammonia leakage under the action of water curtain, simulate the diffusion process of ammonia under the action of water curtain, and analyze the mechanism and influencing factors of ammonia absorption by water curtain, which provides a reference for emergency management of ammonia leakage.
