摘 要:奶牛亚临床(隐性)乳腺炎是世界范围内流行的重要疾病,患病率严重高于临床型乳房炎,严重影响经济、动物福利和生物安全。隐性乳腺炎的病因复杂,难于有效预防和及时治疗,越早检测、判定病情,越利于制定治疗决策和合理用药。现对当下可用于即时现场诊断的经典和新型检测技术、有潜力检测指标进行总结分析,对现场诊断技术的发展进行了展望,旨在为研究者提供参考和帮助。Subclinical mastitis is the most prevalent disease in dairy cattle throughout the world.It has a significantly higher prevalence than clinical mastitis,and seriously damage the economy,animal welfare and biosecurity.The cause of subclinical mastitis is complicated,and it is difficult to effectively prevent and treat in time.The earlier the disease is diagnosised and identified,the more conducive to making treatment decisions and using drugs rationally.In this review,we summarized and analyzed the current classic and new point-of-care diagnostic technology potential testing indicators and imagined the development of on-site diagnostic technology in the future.We aim to provide reference and help for researchers.
